Saying goodbye sucks

He was someone’s son, brother, friend and other people’s hero. And he was taken from us in a very brutal way.

Now it is all about asking questions and try and understand, but we will never get the right answers…someone came and took this super hero’s life from him when he couldn’t protect his own.

The most difficult part of saying goodbye is seeing those closest to him become weak, have no control over their emotions. For me it will always be the father figure who has to be the strongest and to see such a strong man crumble of pain really bring one back to reality…people die, but why?
Who gives someone else the right to come and take someone’s life, don’t they realise that person has a family and friends who will be left behind with sadness and questions…and that bring me to the thought of are we giving them the right to destroy what is ours, why don’t we fight back and claim our safety back, what are our world coming to and why are we letting it go this far?

He was a legend and may his legendary memories live on forever…as they said on his funeral, forget me not but let me go…we will never forget the good times.

Watch this space

This space is reserved for greatness…

Sometimes life just gets you down, you feel that what people say discourage you and you start believing them, that you are not good enough to achieve success and become successful…but is that really true…can people really have so much impact on our lives and why do we give them the right and power to have so much impact on our lives. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

I’m sure each and every person had someone in their life that discouraged them at a stage in their life, told them they aren’t good enough, clever enough or smart enough…and that person had such a huge impact that you believe it until today, but why do you give them the power to have that impact on your life.

Change that around and show them that they must rather watch this space because you’re destined for success, show them that you’re much more than what they ever thought you might or can be…show them you have greatness in you and that you will prove them wrong.

And don’t do this only for them but to prove to yourself that other people don’t have a say in who you are and how great you are.

Conventional is a good fallback position

Yes, conventional is a good fallback position because then you don’t stir the water, but you loose out on life’s excitement and experiences.

Who wants to loose out on the excitements and experiences life surprises you with…I for one, would rather take the up’s and down’s and curveballs life throws at me than be conventional. How boring mustn’t it be just to be who you are and nothing more or nothing less…being too afraid of trying something new, stepping away when someone gives you a challenge because your too afraid of failure.

Haven’t anyone told you that failure and disappointment is all part of life…yes we get hurt but that is the only way we learn how to do it better and become stronger. Life has so much excitement and experience that we must grab onto, test and enjoy and the last thing we must be is conventional…stir the water it may even become a storm, no matter how stormy the weather is, there is always sunshine on the horizon.

Nothing is more dangerous than an idea

Nothing is more dangerous than an idea, when you only have one idea because then you lack diversity and balance, but you score focus.

Some might think having only one big idea for you life is not a good thing because what if it fails or if you later see it isn’t what you thought it would be, then you have no plan B or something to fall back on. But why would you only have one idea and struggle to come up with something else if you didn’t feel very strong about your one idea.

Having one idea to focus on in life gives you ambition and strength to strive to make that idea a success, to show others and prove that you can and will make a success of what you believe in because your one idea gave you focus to work hard towards your idea.

People mustn’t get discourage if they can’t come up with more than one idea…they must just see that as the challenge of working even harder to accomplish that one idea.

Frank Zappa

The below are a few interesting quotes from Frank Zappa, a US musician, singer, & songwriter.

“Rock journalism is people who can’t write interviewing people who can’t talk for people who can’t read” (Frank Zappa)

“Art is making something out of nothing and selling it.” (Frank Zappa)

“I think it is good that books still exist, but they do make me sleepy.” (Frank Zappa)

“Without deviation from the norm, progress is not possible.” (Frank Zappa)

Why use quotations?
This can give your work a touch of sparkle. It can help express what you are trying to say or even add to what you are saying. Quotes are interesting, sometimes funny, and sometimes hard to figure out but always enjoyable. Finding and using the perfect quote in the perfect situation or setup can put some spark in anyone’s work.

Every Bunch of Flowers

For every bunch of flowers there is a reason, agenda or meaning behind it.

Just think about it...when you go to buy someone flowers you go for a reason, you know that there is a certain kind that you can buy for the occasion and certain ones that is off the list.

Reasons behind that bunch of flowers:
1.Your in trouble and has to make up big time
2.You would genuinely like to treat someone
3.Tell a friend that they are special
4.Someone has died
5.You love someone
6.For someone’s birthday
7.Valentines day
8.Mother’s day
9.Your are trying to score points
10.You have been caught out
11.Someone being ill
12. …

And the list goes on…why do you buy flowers and what is your reasons??

What motivates me…

What motivates me…a pat on the back and recognition for a job well done.

What motivates me even more…God’s love and presence, my family’s love and support in what I do, my friend’s motivation and loyalty.

What can help to motivate me…as I am a people’s person, an outside perspective, encouragement and support from my friends and family and especially if I can see I have made my parents proud.

People with a passion motivate me, the positive way in which they approach life and how they react in situations and what decisions they make and why.
When you learn from your mistakes it is less difficult to stand up and try again.

It is so easy to discourage someone, but a great challenge to encourage, motivate and support people as we all have our own issues. If all of us can just stand together and help one another achieve our dreams and goals, just think what a wonderful world we could live in.

OR am I dreaming out loud now? Is this possible in this world that we are living in? What do you think; can we still motivate each other?
